Device functions:

R-XP deburring equipment is suitable for precision stamping parts, precision stamping parts, precision surface grinding (such as valve plate) and other plane workpiece high-precision deburring, removal of edge, corner cleaning, surface roughness improvement and other processes.

Usually with unwinding and fine blanking machine, precision double-end grinding machine processing, high-speed precision punching machine feeding, remove the burrs and scratches produced by stamping and grinding, through continuous processing, to obtain beautiful, burr free and fine surface of the batch parts.

Equipment features:

The core grinding station is a strong wide sanding belt and a planetary grinding and polishing brush tray. Due to the modular design, the two stations can be used alone or in combination.

Conveyor table strong magnetic working unit, suitable for processing shorter workpieces.

Conveyor belt quick change device, to meet the different thickness of parts processing.

Each machining module is controlled by PLC servo system.

Abrasive brush wire automatic compensation system.

Oil mist separation and recovery device.

Precision grinding fluid paper tape filter device.
